🌙 Struggling to get a good night’s sleep?
Have you found yourself standing in the supplement aisle, searching for sleep support, only to discover that nearly every option contains melatonin? Are you already taking 5 mg of melatonin, or even more, and still finding it difficult to unwind and rest?
If so, you’re exactly the reason I created this herbal sleep foot soak.
As a massage therapist with over 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine and Herbology, I’ve worked with many people who struggle to relax after a long day. The inspiration for this formula came even closer to home when I discovered that my own mother was taking 10 mg of melatonin and still wasn’t sleeping well.
At the same time, I was also struggling with restless legs at night and my usual go-to’s weren’t helping.
I knew there had to be another way.
Rather than adding yet another supplement to our bedtime routines, I wanted to create a calming evening ritual that encouraged the body and nervous system to slow down naturally.
That’s why I developed this handcrafted herbal foot soak.
Foot soaks have been used for generations as a way to relax, unwind, and prepare for rest. The simple act of soaking your feet in warm water encourages you to pause, step away from screens, and create a peaceful transition between the busyness of the day and the quiet of the evening.
This formula combines aromatic herbs including lavender*, passionflower*, rose petals*, blue butterfly pea flowers*, and thyme. When combined with epsom salt it create a soothing herbal foot bath experience. As the herbs steep, they release their natural botanical aromas while softening and refreshing tired feet.

The result is more than a foot soak—it’s a bedtime ritual.
A moment to slow down.
A moment to breathe.
A moment to prepare for soft feet and sweet dreams.
🛁 Perfect for:
• Bedtime self-care routines
• Relaxation and stress relief
• Wellness gift baskets
• Busy parents and caregivers
• Anyone looking to create a more peaceful evening routine
Note:
You should not need to do this on a daily basis. The soak can be reused 2-3 times after the initial brewing as long as it is stored in the fridge and you cleaned your feet before use. Some of the herbs have anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties. 4 saches should last you approximately month.
